Research results from Dr. Eileen Hilton state that 225 ml of yogurt contains 414 mg of calcium and arumanis mangoes contain energy of 46 kilocalories, protein 0.4 grams, carbohydrates 11.9 grams, fat 0.2 grams, calcium 15 milligrams, phosphorus 9 milligrams, and iron 0 milligrams, if compounded, it can weaken candida albicas bacteria, vaginosis (gardnerella) and trichomonas vaginalis parasites that cause vaginal discharge.
